Join us on Tuesday evenings at 7pm for our new game. Sign up begins at 6pm. Wash Park Sports Alley is a super cool neighborhood bar with that Cheers kind of feel. It is a bit tricky to find your first time so heres a tip. They are just North of the Downing and Alameda intersection. Follow the alley next to Starbucks and look for the orange awning. The folks at WPSA suggest that the best parking can be found on Marion.

Join us at Cleatz for 3 new nights of Free Poker. Cleatz plays Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 7pm. Cleatz has great food, fun atmosphere and lots of HDTV's to watch the big game. Come for dinner, enjoy happy hour and play poker. Cleatz is located just south of I70 at the corner of Peoria and 39th Ave.

Fairway Sports Grill 2/3/12
Fairway Sports Grill is cancelling their game tonight due to the snow. Please stay home and be safe.

Cleatz changes Times
Please note that Cleatz has changed their start time. All games will now start at 7pm. Sign up starts at 6pm.

Heartland Poker Tour
The tournament winners went to the HPT and had a blast. Congrats to Ken DeMarco who won $360 at the $120 Single Table Sattelite and while Geoff Rogge didn't make it into the money, we think he did quite well. Geoff made it to the 1st day of the main event. He made it most of the afternoon but was forced to make his move as blinds increased. He didn't make it but he played well and hopes to try it again next time the HPT is in town.

Second Game 
The current second game is currently Crazy Pineapple. Stay and give it a try. Crazy Pineapple is very similar to Texas Hold 'em with 1 small difference. You will be dealt 3 cards (instead of 2) and you must discard 1 of those cards after the flop. Everything else plays like Hold 'em. The biggest thing you need to remember is to discard. If you forget to discard after the flop and you still have 3 cards in your hand when the turn card is played, your hand is dead. Believe me, we've all made that mistake once. Betting burnt once is all it takes to remember.

Littlepub Tourney 
Thanks to everyone who came out and played at Doghouse Tavern for the Littlepubs Customer Appreciation Tournament. They gave out fantastic prizes. Those of you who didn't make it, missed out. See you at the next one!
